   Dear Steve,
   I would still like to get together & have lunch with you and see how we can work together. Linda called to confirm a date for lunch but I said wait until after the seminar. I actually would like the presentation & contact management info you said would be included with the farsaf seminar. But there isnt any material included that was shared in your four hour seminar. I was wondering if your are familiar with the following website http://www.iRentToOwn.com is it similar to the one you were promoting or one of the same?

   Hi Steve!

   I was hoping to catch your class tomorrow at the North County Association of Realtors. Unfortunately, the time does not work out for my schedule tomorrow. However, I’d love to attend a class in the future. Do you plan to host another event this month or in January?
   In this marketplace it’s so important to be familiar with all types of financing options & as a Realtor, its essential to be open to creative alternatives.

   Hey steve, i saw you today in san diego, could u please send me the slides from the presentation. also i didn’t really understand the AITD concept. I’m getting ready to start working with todd tobak and lease purchase guru here in san diego, whom mainly does sandwhich leases, meaning he signs a lease option with seller for $1 down, then assigns it to someone else for $2500+ down. we also try to make at least 25k on the back end .. you aitd idea sounded interested but i just didn’t fully understand it..
