This program sounds awesome. I’m a Calif broker living in Washington State. I will be relocating back to Calif this year and will need a program like this. Will your investors look at buyers that have had a BK and foreclosure? There are so many of us out there in this situation. Plan to have equity from sale of Washington property for down. I listened to your webinar and think this program is just what we need to help all us buyers. Also have some builders I’m affiliated with that could use a program like this. Well, not in the way you’re thinking. FARJHO would be a great exit stradegy for investors as far more people will be able to buy your newly remodeled home than the normal 15% of the people who can qualify for a traditional mortgage. When you list it, include the FARJHO term in the listing. Won’t make much difference right now but in the future it could. sg
