Daily Show

Well… this is what I do.  I’m a video blogger and I actually make my living doing it.  I’m not gonna lie, it’s a dream job.  But I had to work my ass off for it.  It all started in 2007.  I stumbled upon using short online videos to try and motivate the loan officers I was managing to get off their butts and actually DO something to get some business.  But like most sales people, most of them were far to lazy to actually do the work that’s require to make it as a salesperson.  At any rate, the darn video took off and eventually became a national show watched by tens of thousands of people a day.  If you want to see it you can click the pic or go to TBWSDailyShow.com.  Like I said, the pic will take you to the show today but I put a couple of the first videos I ever did below.  It’s fun to see where it all started and what it’s come too.  Enjoy!

Freddie’s Loan Prospector is not approving the new HARP refis, even though them meet traditional guidelines. For instance: LTV 123%, FICO 700, DTI 12/27%, Reserves $7000 and it was cautioned. We’ve received cautions on 73% of the loans we’ve run. And the few that were approved are no stronger than the ones that received a caution!

Hi Frank..I used to work at First Priority as a loan officer. I quite the business In January 2011, because it just wasn’t fun anymore..I’m sure you can relate. Anyway, my new business is a t-shirt company and I am in need of assistance with creating two 7-10 minute videos, one for elementary age kids and one for junior high, which will include a few words and definitions, photos, and celebrity video clips from You Tube. Do you offer anything like that? If not, can you point me in the right direction of someone who can..Or, let me know the most user-friendly software to use for this venture? I currently have the video software that comes with MSWord/Windows..It’s okay..but I always run into trouble when trying to import videos or music.. I used to watch your shows daily, even after I no longer did loans :) They were always really great, and entertaining. You were the first person I thought of when I decided I needed some videos. Hope to hear from you soon.
    thanks
    Bev :)
