Freddie’s Loan Prospector is not approving the new HARP refis, even though them meet traditional guidelines. For instance: LTV 123%, FICO 700, DTI 12/27%, Reserves $7000 and it was cautioned. We’ve received cautions on 73% of the loans we’ve run. And the few that were approved are no stronger than the ones that received a caution!
