Justin, you are about the 14th realtor we’ve worked with in the last 30 years and we would have to place you right up there as one of the BEST! You let us do as much of the searching as we wanted to do on our own. You made it easy for us by providing MLS listings, maps, aerials and realtor/seller comments. When we were really stuck trying to find something, you came trudging out into the snow to lead the way for us. After all your hard work, we ended up buying a land parcel that was for sale by owner and you accepted that most graciously. Not only that, you continued to work with us to then sell our home. Your suggested selling price was right on…you carried thru on all the marketing of our property…your office was great about setting appointments for viewing….you communicated with us regularly…you made yourself completely available to our questions as if we were the only clients you were working with! You really let people know that you enjoy your job. And you were able to tactfully answer those tough questions when we’d ask you things like: “What do you think?”; “What do you recommend?”; “How much lower/higher do you think they’ll go?”

Though in my 40’s, I learned well the business lessons of family and friends raised at the beginning of the last century. It can be summed up in familiar phrases like “my word is my bond” or in actions where a contract is sealed with a handshake.
More often than not, back then, a store owner was also the salesperson, and their interest wasn’t in just making the quickest, highest-dollar sale…it was a genuine desire to assume their customer’s interests and provide the best related sale. The dollar value wasn’t important as, if you were treated that way, they knew you would come back again and again: a winning situation for both parties.
Today, I practice this philosophy in any business I conduct and look to surround myself with others who think the same way and, in terms of realtors, Justin Sheeran is the man who has received (and will continue to receive) all of my real estate business, a position cemented by his dealings with me over the past 3 years.

To Whom It May Concern,
Without knowing much about him, we chose Justin Sheeran as our realtor. We couldn’t have made a better choice. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always acted professionally and with the utmost integrity. He helped us through the ups and downs of buying our first home and always remained professional and eager to help throughout the entire 8 month process (even though we were buying on a limited budget and didn’t present any substantial opportunity for profits). He was always available to answer any questions we had, whether it was about a certain house or general inquiries for things like where to find good deals on new cabinets. He continued to go above and beyond what was required of him. For instance, when we had trouble with our loan, and I was feeling pretty upset, Justin took over and called the appropriate people for us to find out the information we needed to have.
The thing we appreciated most about Mr. Sheeran is that he never pushed us to make a decision on anything or tried to convince us that a certain house was the one for us. He simply showed us what we wanted to see and let us take our time deciding if it was the one for us. If we had any questions about a property, he was always quick to get an answer for us. He always worked around our schedule to show us home after home. He knew what problems or issues we might face living in different areas, which was very helpful at times. He even crawled down in crawl spaces to check for water in areas where he knew this often presented a problem.
Speaking to his integrity, he never put us in a position where we were uncomfortable in any way. At one point, his former company faced bankruptcy, which could have compromised Justin’s ability to actually get paid for all the work he’d done for us. If we voided the contract and resigned under his new company he would be guaranteed to be paid for her services. However, he did not want to do anything to compromise the chances of us getting our first home and wanted us to stay under the current contract. Even though he didn’t know if he’d receive any commissions, he didn’t miss a beat in doing anything and everything he could to make the process go as smooth as possible. He honestly cared about us as people and wanted to see us get the home we wanted.
